Bub? cu Actionscript 3

Flash CS3.
New file -> Flash document AS3 -> Enter.
Fac un dreptunghi. Convert to button si dau sa-i pun un action,cand deschid fereastra de actions "Current selection cannot have actions applied to it" . WTF?
Am schimbat din AS3 in AS2 si a mers.
De ce nu pot sa pun action pe buton cand folosesc AS3 in flash? O_o am cautat pe google da` n-am gasit nici un raspuns clar

Movie HERE (2MB) ca sa vedeti exact buba.
